Katie Resendiz has been with the Gallivan Group since 2015 and is the Transaction Coordinator, Director of Communications, and manages Social Media for the team. Prior to working at the Gallivan Group, Katie received her Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. Katie also worked in the banking industry for 7 years before making a move to real estate in 2013. Since moving to real estate, she has acted in an administrative capacity handling document management, client communication, social media, event planning, and general team support. Her background in banking and her degree in communication gives her unique insight into how to best communicate with our clients and to curate events and social media content that is tailored to the Gallivan Group and their client's needs.

Katie Resendiz entered the Real Estate world to walk alongside people and provide the support and structure needed to succeed! Whether that is by guiding clients through a successful transaction or supporting the team to help them meet their goals, she finds satisfaction in helping people achieve success. Katie is a Champaign-Urbana native and has lived most of her life in Central Illinois. Katie is a devoted wife and mother and currently lives in Urbana, IL, with her husband and three children. She spends her free time baking, cooking, hiking, and relaxing with her family.
